Production Method: Allolive types that we produce are separated according to their caliber. Beforetaken into fermentation tanks they are washed thoroughly in order to clean theremains from the harvest and bacteria. Olives are left for fermentation withstones on the tanks. The fermentation period of the olives is 6 months due tothe natural fermentation method and non-use of unhealthy ingredients in ourproduction
Preservation (Suggested): The packages of naturally fermented olivesshould be turned over once a week. In this way, product could be preservedwithout spoil by preventing dryness and bacteria on dry surface. It is notnecessary to put the package in refrigerator. It should be enough to preservethe product in cool environment.
