Preservation (Suggested): The product should be preserved in cool environment. Due to the natural quality of the product and the fermentation water, some amount of white-colored bacteria may occur over the water a while after opening the package. As long as the cover is securely closed without air contact, this does not disables to consume the product. Depending on preference, the olives which will be consumed in short time can be rested in a cup with water in order to lessen citric acid, sourness, in the olives.
